A contra-flow lane coming from the covered roadway has been installed on 14th Street to improve traffic flow. Motorists are prohibited from making a left turn from the New Jersey Turnpike Hudson Bay Extension and a right turn from NJ139/12th Street onto Jersey Ave. Detour signs are posted throughout the area to help motorists navigate through the construction zone. Travelers should expect delays and allow for extra travel time.
